Returns, refunds, and exchanges

Delivered orders can be reviewed for return, refund, or exchange support based on item condition and order status.

Return eligibility

Return requests are designed for delivered orders. Eligibility is checked at the order and line-item level, and review starts once the customer reports the issue.

Refund handling

Refunds are reviewed against payment status and return outcome. Partial and full refunds may be issued where the order and item condition qualify.

Exchange handling

Approved returns may be converted into replacement orders. Exchange shipping fees, when applicable, are confirmed before the replacement order is created. Return review available for delivered orders.
